Congratulations to the Clancy Catholic College West Hoxton Class of 2023 on your outstanding Higher School Certificate (HSC) results! 

Our school was among the top 150 in the state, placing 143rd in The Sydney Morning Herald rankings. 

We recorded 114 Distinguished Achievers, six All Rounders and one Top Achiever, with Daniela Carvallo placing fourth in the state in Design and Technology. 

The top ATAR of 99.25 was obtained by Holly Baily-Stubbings with 26 students receiving an ATAR of more than 90.

Principal David Fetterplace congratulated Year 12 on their fantastic effort and achievements.

“The results were beyond our expectations,” he said. 

“They were the culmination of a culture of high expectations, hard working teachers, aspirational families and a strong and growing tradition of HSC success.”

SUCCESS ACROSS THE SYSTEM 

Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS) has once again achieved outstanding results in the 2023 HSC with nine of its 33 secondary schools ranked among the top 100 high schools in NSW.

A total of 18 schools ranked among the top 150 high schools—one more than last year—strengthening SCS’s position as one of the top performing systems in Australia.

SCS recorded an impressive 2780 Distinguished Achievers, 47 Top Achievers and 67 All Rounders.

Notably, eight SCS students also received HSC First in Course honours.
